We are proud to announce that this project received the 2022 Historic Preservation Award for Commercial Adaptive Reuse from the Oak Park Historic Preservation Commission! It has been our pleasure to work with the commission and Oak Park Friends School to bring the "warm, nurturing, play-based environment and experience-rich foundation for children" to South-east Oak Park.
OAK PARK FRIENDS SCHOOL
This commercial renovation project upgraded and enhanced the existing School Based Health Center at Farragut High School which provides much needed medical services to Chicago's west side. With this project, Lawndale Christian Health Center improved patient and staff experience with updates throughout the expanded clinic interior and exterior.

Congratulations to the homeowners for receiving a 2022 Cavalcade of Pride Award from the Village of Oak Park Community Design Commission!
Our work on the project consisted of new windows and a complete update of the second floor master suite and hall bath.
