This community health care project included the renovation and expansion of LCHC's existing 12,500 sf medical clinic at Homan Square Community Center.  The patient reception and waiting area was enlarged and reconfigured to create a sense of place.  The clinic was also expanded into adjacent tenant space to create a new wing for family dental services. New finishes, fixtures and furniture were provided.  Other improvements included updates to the chapel, registration area, centering room, staff lounge, laboratory and other support spaces.
