This project updated an existing Queen-Anne style home located in Oak Park's Frank Lloyd Wright-Prairie School of Architecture Historic District. Meticulous attention to detail ensured that the new insulated windows on the front facade would match the historical profiles. Careful redistribution of space provided a more usable hall bath and larger master bathroom with a custom walk-in closet. Finishes and fixtures were selected to  impart  contemporary  elegance.  In 2022, the  homeowners received a Cavalcade of Pride Award in 2022 from the Village of Oak Park Community Design Commission for their outstanding work and upkeep of this home.
