This addition and renovation of a 1970s medical office building provided 32,000 SF of leasable space in the upgraded facility.  The scope of work for this project included a new exterior enclosure and entrance canopy, a two-story 8,000 SF addition, and renovation of the common interior spaces.  Design features included a new koi pond, open stair and feature wall in the lobby.
