This renovation and addition updates an existing single-family residence located in Oak Park's Ridgeland Historic district.  The project aims to revive, renovate, reorganize, and restore parts of this beautiful Folk Victorian. The home design features a new front porch, an enlarged and updated kitchen with views to the back yard, ground floor mudroom with access to the lower level and first floor, as well as a new master suite and upgrades to the second and third floor spaces. New windows, siding, finishes, appliances, and lighting fixtures are provided throughout. Interior Design was done in collaboration with Violet May Interiors.
