Vida is a new 6-story, 450,000 sf mixed-use building in downtown Kannapolis.  It consists of 283 residential apartments, 411 enclosed parking spaces, retail on the ground level as well as a large outdoor amenity deck on the third floor.  The building utilizes a concrete podium structure with load bearing wood framed construction above.

Studio Integra served as an architectural consultant to the architect of record, Built Form Architecture.  Services included Zoning, Code, ADA, Fire, and Life Safety analyses as well as assistance during the design, construction documentation, and permit acquisition phases.
